2013年度共有15位来自欧洲美国的学者来我院交流讲学，具体情况如下：
(1) 2013年5月20日，加拿大卡尔加里大学的高扬教授应邀来学院交流并做题为“Deep in-receiver development and testing of GNSS singal processing and positioning methods and algorithms”学术报告。
(2) 2013年5月22日，澳大利亚新南威尔士大学的王金岭教授应邀来学院交流并做题为“Precise Pseudolite-based Positioning Indoors: Stochastic Models and Ambiguity Resolution” 学术报告。
(3) 2013年6月14日，德国测地研究中心（GFZ）的汪荣江教授应邀来学院交流并做题为“Automatic imaging of earthquake rupture processes by iterative deconvolution and stacking of high-rate GPS and strong-motion seismograms”学术报告。
(4) 2013年6月25日，日本京都大学的徐培亮教授应邀来学院交流并做题为“混合整数线性模型参数估计的快速算法及其在GPS中的应用”学术报告。
(5) 2013年6月28日，美国阿拉斯加大学的Jeffrey T. Freymueller 教授应邀来学院交流并做题为“Studies of Earthquakes and Slip Events”学术报告。
(6) 2013年7月3日，美国德克萨斯大学空间研究中心 的 Minkang Cheng 研究员应邀来学院交流并做题为“低阶地球重力场变化及其成因分析”学术报告。
(7) 2013年10月8日， 美国加州大学资深研究员、国际著名的古地磁专家赵西西应邀来学院交流并做题为“When and where did India-Asia collide and what happened since then? A new synthesis” 学术报告。
(8) 2013年10月14日，美国NOAA和华盛顿大学韦勇博士应邀来学院交流并做题为“Real-time assessment of the generation, propagation and inundation of tsunamis - an introduction to NOAA's tsunami forecast system based on observations and numerical models” 学术报告。
